Spiegel Grove Lifetime BCD Tag Medallion. Dive shops required divers to purchase an annual Spiegel Grove BCD Tag/Medallion in order to participate in wreck dives in the Upper Keys. The proceeds went to help defray the cost of righting the Spiegel Grove. In lieu of annually purchasing a tag, divers could purchase a Lifetime BCD Tag.
